 Founder & Principal of Insight Claim Consultants, Justin Lyden, began his career in the Insurance Industry in early 2001, as an Independent Adjuster (IA) working on behalf of Insurance Carriers in South Florida. Justin went on to become a Claims Manager for a Florida based IA Firm, managing the Firm successfully for over a decade. In that position, Justin worked independently, providing claims oversight for many of the Insurance Carriers in Florida. After 13 years working with the same company; Justin moved on to work directly, for the largest Insurance Corporation in the State as a Staff Claims Principal. 

After nearly two decades working on the inside with Insurance Companies, Justin converted his license over in 2018 to Public Adjuster, using his knowledge and insight of the inner workings of these Insurance Carriers to provide Loss Consulting services and assist with Alternative Dispute Resolution.

With extensive experience in Commercial & Complex Large Loss, Justin has handled catastrophic claims throughout the US and the Caribbean; including multi-million dollar losses ranging from Strip Malls and Warehouses to Condominium Towers and Multi-Building Complexes. Justin also utlilizes this wide ranging experience to assist with Alternative Dispute Resolutions, such as Mediation and Appraisal; serving both sides of the Industry. Justin is also a Wind Network Certified Insurance Appraiser & Umpire.

When serving as an Umpire, Justin brings a unique perspective to a disputed claim due to his experience on "both sides of the fence". It is imperative that both sides feel confident in the trustworthiness and competence of the chosen Umpire. Justin Lyden & Insight Claim Consultants pride ourselves on adhering to the Highest Standards and conducting ourselves with Honesty & Integrity while working with both sides of the Appraisal Panel to ensure a Fair & Impartial Judgement on the dispute and value of loss.
